DSMRA Sydney, NSW

Welcome To DSMRA Sydney Branch

About the SydneyBranch:

Geoff Oates is the Head Rooster of the Sydney Branch, we have a meeting on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from February to November at Dooleys Silverwater starting at 7.30pm. We regularly have 12+ members attend the meetings.

Sydney branch is the main roost for the greater Sydney basin and we work in with Hawkesbury, Sydney South, Illawarra & Bathurst branches.

Working with the other areas so we don't trip over each other, we try to run a harder ride (grade 3-4) in the middle of the month and an easier ride (grade 2-3) towards the end of the month.

We encourage riders to come on an introductory ride or a lower grade ride first, before joining, & please wear all the appropriate safety gear, be licensed & ride a registered bike.

Rides are listed on the web site at least a month before or you can contact Geoff for a ride calendar. Geoff's contact details are This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or 0413 841 063

DSMRA Bathurst, NSW

Welcome To DSMRA Bathurst Branch

About the Bathurst Branch:

The Bathurst Branch of the DSMRA was founded by Rob Cox in January 2001 when Rob and Baz did a ride from Rockley to Burraga and return. We have around 31 active members from Bathurst, Portland, Orange, Cowra, Parkes and Sydney!
Each year we plan a mix of favorite rides like Mt Werong near Oberon, Newnes near Lithgow, Rosberg State Forrest near Cowra, Sunny Corner and Hampdon near Jenolan Caves. We also try and add new rides each year for variety like Batemans Bay.

Most of our rides are a mix of fire trails and single track and mostly grade 3-4 as there are usually some harder sections and rides are a full day or over two days. We have a mix of rider abilities and bikes like KTM’s, Yamaha’s, Honda’s, Huskies, Husaberg’s, Suzuki’s, Gas Gas and a Kawasaki!
